Remote Learning Packs
Please click here to download the Reception Learning From Home Pack
This pack has been created for children in Reception/Year 1 who are unable to attend school for a period of time whilst waiting for a test result for themselves. It can also be used if the child has to isolate for the full 10 days. Children should only complete this work if they are well. The activities outlined below have been chosen by your child’s class teacher and make direct links to the work being completed in class whilst your child is isolating at home. This pack is suitable for children who have access to a laptop/tablet with internet. If you do not have internet access please ask your child’s class teacher for a paper activity pack!
It is expected that children complete the work set if they are home for longer than a couple of days and are feeling well enough to do so. Whilst much of the learning is accessible online, they will each bring home a ‘Remote Learning’ exercise book and pencil to complete any written activities in.
Children must complete a selection of work every day. You should send evidence of any work completed to your child’s class teacher through Class Dojo. This could be a photograph of completed work, a photo of your child involved in the activity, or even a short video!
Please note: If the whole class needs to isolate due to a positive case then learning will be directed by the class teacher daily via Class Dojo and this pack will not be used.
